Bahan :
- Mangga Muda (ikut suka brp biji. I used 2 big mangoes)
- kelapa parut - digoreng tanpa minyak
- 1 kuntum bunga kantan - slice
- few vietnamese leaves (daun kesum) - slice
- a shallot - slice into thin piecese
- daun ulam raja (optional-nak ganti ngn ulam2 lain pun buleh) - hiris halus
- chillies - slice into thin pieces
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- Slice semua bahan kecuali kelapa parut. Kelapa parut tu digoreng tanpa minyak.
- Mix the ingredients altogether in a bowl.
- Serve.
p/s : make sure lepas you slice, letak dlm penapis dulu, before mix them sebab xnak ada air dlm kerabu, nk betul2 kering..
